The Problem

Eric and Shae wanted to sell their house and build on a piece of property that they owned.  They had the house for sale by owner for several months but didn’t have any luck selling it.  They loved their pets, (who doesn’t?) but the pet smell was strong in the home.

The Solution

• Clients repainted in neutral colors
• Put new flooring in bedroom
• Took an order removal machine to house to get the pet smell out
• Updated the Kitchen
• Updated pictures on listing as seller made improvements

Home SOLD and Eric and Shae are living in their new home on their property.
